★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He had informed that the AC filling would be 850₹. But after filling up the AC gas he charged 950₹. When questioned back, he said 850₹ is for top-up of gas.
And even what I observed is, as per the temp (chart available in Google for reference) of the locality, the AC gas should be filled up to the appropriate psi.
In Bhubaneswar the temp was @32 degree Celsius. So, as per the temperature he should have filled 45-55 psi in the lower pipe, HE JUST FILLED 30 psi.
An on top of that he didn't use High side pipe at all to fill the gas. Just used the Low pipe. Which again will impact cooling effect.
And in between filling gas he removed the gas can to use another gas can, in between the changes of the can again air also went inside the pipe. Which agin will affect the cooling.
I had heard a lot about Phulwari AC. But didn't meet the expectations.
It doesn't even deserve 1*.
No professionalism
No proper AC servicing
False commitments
Wrong readings as well
Inadequate gas filling.
1 thing is better of the owner. CHIKANA KATHA (i.e. buttering talks)
I WOULD NEVER VISIT AGAIN. I WOULD LOVE TO SPEND ANOTHER 500₹ FOR BETTER SERVICING, RATHER THAN FALSE COMMITMENTS AND WRONG SERVICE.

They forgot to put critical fitting back on. My AC cover near the foot was missing after the job was done, but when I realised I had drove to next city.
Negotiate the price before starting the job. And do personally check that they put all covers, nuts and bolts back on after the job is done.
