★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THIS IS ANJAN WANTS TO SAY THAT THIS IS A THIRD CLASS CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER, I HAVE BEEN TRYING SINCE LAST 7DAYS TO CONTACT THEM BUT IT IS ALL THE TIME PHONE IS DISCONNECTED AFTER LONG WAITING PERIOD AND IT IS SAYING WE ARE CONNECTING TO OUR CUSTOMER CARE AGENT FOR NUMBER OF TIMES AND DISCONNECTED AUTOMATICALLY. VERY POOR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES. I NEVER RECOMMEND ANY PERSON TO DO BHARATI AXA LIFE INSURANCE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am trying to meet a Bharti AXA life insurance agent for last 15 days . Somehow I got the number of Mr Prashant . He is from admin . But he did not passed my message to anybody from sales . I wish to understand the policy from a authorised person . I am so surprised that in this competitive market the sales staff is sleeping . Not interested for business . So I shifted to ICICI . Thank you Mr Prashant

But comunication Gap between Office and Customer Care ..be sure before visiting the office of Bharati AXA.you have some type proof or documents mentioned that your work has to take care by these people, otherwise they will simple deny and you have to visit again.
Better Give a call to them and GO.
