★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased a term plan from them since 24th June 2020, but till date (8 days has past) they have not arranged a medical to complete the policy, from my side i have inited two calls to customer care, even i have written emails for the same, but the thing is not happening , i am surprised that what kind of Insurance service they will provide for my term insurance to my family, when i will not be there...very miserable service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't do policy with these people. Very bad and unethical profit orientated fellows. At first they will come and lick your shoe and after policy done. If you give claim intimation or free look cancellation they will treat you very badly. I have gone through this .
