★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service... Very bad behaviour of bank staff..staff is not available in cash counter for cash deposit. Not expectable from axis bank this type of behaviour, service. If a customer will come for cash deposit there is no staff in cash counter and the another staff say rudely sit n wait we will call you for deposit. Very bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had requested for an update of my address by being there at the branch for more than 1 hour and yet after completing everything it is yet to reflect in my account. I believe that i need to visit the branch again in covid time and wait for another 1 hour to get it updated. Anyone reading this and helping me to resolve would be great.
