I love the clothes from this store however the delivery takes so much time usually over a month. Have to constantly follow up with the brand owner, and it’s so tough to get hold on to her. I ordered a kurta set and just received a kurta and duppatta, that too after a month of follow up! And to add onto that there was no Kurta pants with it.
So is the expectation that the customer after paying 16000 Rs will go around looking for a matching kurta pants.
Not only this , after so many follow ups, when I finally was able to get in touch with the owner, in order to compensate for the delay , she decided to send a special gift..which was merely a thin piece of extra cloth. (See photo)
I mean if this is how this brand treats their customers, then god knows how its going to create a loyal customer base.
This brand really needs a better management team. No plans of ever buying anything more from this place. No customer would ever want this sort of stress..Hope they understand and work towards it.
