★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using PickMyLaundry for quite sometime. Off late the quality has gone down a lot and delivery of laundry gets delayed everytime with a reason no riders available. It takes atleast 2 extra days. After they pickup it takes 4 days for them to return. If you are in a hurry, this is not the laundry place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave a sweatshirt for drycleaning, the agent was not able to deliver it on the delivery date and when i went to the store they said it is not ready after 2 days of the due date. To add on the manager was finding it funny and laughing instead of accepting the mistake. very poor service.

The clothes they delivered were not dry-cleaned one can easily tell by looking. Shawls were simply Ironed and they threads were out as if they have washed in some detergent. when followed up nobody respond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pick.My.Laundry 3 days back, I placed a dry-cleaning service for my coat(Order ID# SO233466). Today, I received back after dry-cleaning but the coat is completely destroyed by your dry-cleaner. The lower back & shoulder stitching is completely opened. I tried to connect with your customer service and shared all the pictures but they didn't respond me.
Last night, I received a call from the franchise owner of the pick my laundry and he assured me that he will reslove the issue soon but till now I didn't get any response/apology/msg/email.
Pick My Laundry is fraud and would suggest not to take any services from this. They will damage your Coat/any cloth and will not respond or fix the damage problems.
In starting, they will quote less amount and charge high rate at delivery time. They are not professional and many more.
