Fairly polite, soft spoken, and most importantly safe driving. Hats off, more customers to you PicNtic. Keep doing the good work..!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used Picntic arranged Innova for Kerala Trip. At 1st I was glad with their quotation and did booking. But during my trip I observed that Driver is making all possible long routed from one destination to other which resulted me to pay extra 5000/- at the end of trip. Driver Babu was very un-professional driver who always jumps in family discussion and gets angry fast. Company's assistance was good but sometimes Drivers spoil your traveling. I was unlucky to not able to get another Cab on request. Still I will try one more time with same company for my next trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice experience with PicNtic team. The cab was good but the vendor was very rude. Out trip was confirmed from 07 AM to 11:59 PM & limited to 200 KMs. However, the cab vendor denied to travel after 7 PM saying that he has been informed for 12 hrs journey only. Later, PicNTic team intervened and resolved the issue. Just a request to PicnTic team to take a strong action against cab vendor as he was so arrogant and impolite. He spoke very rudely and threatened to pay entire amount immediately & release the cab.
