★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall a really bad experience. Visited the station to report theft complaint, they didn't file the FIR and didn't even try to catch the culprit. We caught the person ourselves and took him to the station but no action was taken against him. And then I visited them alone during the lockdown when I returned from outside the state. I had to sit there for an hour even though I had government issued pass.
The worst thing is that they don't do take reports and we civilian don't have much options.
