Will never suggest this shop, suddenly the point of contact gone offline and off the network. some how I managed to get another contact. but very slow work pace.
Bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) Do not adhere to their own timeline even after giving them sufficient time and then the liberty to share a deadline from their end
- Safety Grills for just one standard window (Small) took 15 days.
2) Major Mistakes were made by the owner who had come to take dimensions of the window due to which finally fabricated safety grill was completely wrong in dimensions. Major cutting and welding work (repairs) had to be carried out to allow the workshop to be able to get the grills in place on the window.
3) Due to the mistake in measurement, the work lasted for 8 hours
4) And even after doing so the work was shoddy at the best.
5) The quality of the worksmenship is Ok but the overall handling of the requirement is downright pathetic. (DO NOT RECOMMEND)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did not do one job of fixing the window grill properly. The nuts and holdfast were not fixed. In spite of repeated reminders, he would not take my calls. Even posted the pic of the shoddy work on whatsapp. Yet, he has not done the needful. Very unprofessional.
