★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Real Estate Projects. Classic example of big budget corrupted projects.
Quality of material, installed equipments are all third grade.
Plus their staff and the FM team of C&W carry a over the head babu attitude. Such a shame group.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor maintenance. They don't send plumber, electrician etc even after several calls inspite of the fact that they are charging more than 13000 per month maintenance charges. On security front anyone can enter the society without Clearance. Elevators are of thyssenkrupp which has a german sounding name but the lift themselves are of inferior quality and make lot of noise while running.
Overall it is like group housing nothing better. Also it is extremely difficult to park the car in basement because of poor designing of ramp which has very high degree of curvature so maneuvering SUVs is really difficult.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cheap construction quality. Week walls and full of seepage. Poor materials used by builder, like glasses, doors and windows, plumbings, floorings. Sluggish maintenance. Cost of living more than 35K per month, and this does not include your rent.

sure, in next few months, this will be one of the best addresses of Gurugram, lovely location, best club of Gurugram, surrounded by commercial towers with best corporates, next to best school of Gurugram, and sharing same compound with Ultra luxury project of Pioneer Araya. Better than any other project of Golf Course Extension Road and Except DLF Aralias, Magnolias on golf Course road, this should be strongly considered by home buyers for comparable class and living.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am staying in Pioneer presidia since last 2 years, we are paying very high maintenance at par with DLF societies, but the facilities are not at par. Worse is the club is not included in the maintenance and the builder is asking for 3 lakh deposit and 75k as annual charges, even though 75000 was paid for the club when we bought the apartment.
The Pioneer maintenance is sad, not worth the investment.
