1.They want customer to remind them at least thrice to take the rented product back (feedback from employee 'Sudhir') so if you call once and they don't come to collect the product .. remind them again or ready to pay next month rent.
2. I recommend to record the call.
3. Always ask full name of contact person, you may need that in future.
Being a doctor I face this situation.. I can only imagine the way they must be behaving with patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience. Almost all surgical equipments are observed. It was open on Sunday till 8pm. Location is convenient. Parking for 2W is sufficient, for 4W need to search around in the lane. But not a big problem. Card machine had some problem when I went but Paytm and Google pay was acceptable. Shop assistant was expressive. He gave correct information about product and also helped me reaching there.
