★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well behaved staffs, good facility. The only drawback was one staff at reception didnt know Bengali. Staffs should know local language.
Otherwise I would have rated it 5*. Very nice experience indeed.

we enjoyed a lot... they didn't disturbed us at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. Firstly check in took longer than usual time. The bed has got wheels so even if you turn one side to another you will feel your moving. TV screen spoil as shared the picture. After almost an hour they finally changed the TV but throughout stay with no broadcast signal. Toilet flush wasn't working can't share the picture with dirt. Geyser wasn't working properly. The water wasn't even like warm even after full hot nob twisted. Food was so so. They ware prompt in everything but unable to fix any of the above said problems. The only thing i liked is the AC, as it was really chilled. They are extremely polite with helpful attitude. Cooperative with couples. Property locations is very good. Highly recommend for air travelers only if they got better rooms. As I requested for room change which they didn't. Would suggest to fix those problems then they may get adequate stars. Sorry to say but my stay wasn't comfortable.

The staff is courteous (apart from some who blatantly fish for tips), room decent in size and comfort.
Problem - Hot water is not effective! The water becomes room temperature at the most and that too after a long wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before I write my review , let me tell you , i have stayed in this place and this used to be one of the better places to stay . However , things have degraded post covid .
Cost cutting is seen . 1 towel and 1 dental kit were to name a few. Corridor noise in early morning was really was a new feature.
Overall , average stay , clean room , good staff but decorum/ quiteness of hotel were missing .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In one word it's just awesome ❤️ I went there to attend my brother's reception party.
The ambience was too good. Decorations were amazing. The starters and dessert were the best.? The main course was average (that's the reason why I gave 4/5). The staff was also very polite and caring?
I enjoyed the evening so much ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we stayed here twice before this one. now there is no option apart from giving one star. there was no running hot water. we ask the reception to provide the hot water, the told that it will be there in the tap or shower within 10 to 15 minutes. so my husband went to take a bath but the hot water was not there. this winter time he had to wait in the bathroom. I visit reception but they was speaking just like a parrot. then my husband had to go to 2 reception just wearing the towel and then they arrange a bucket of hot water.
i will never stay there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The overall experience was very good. I just have one suggestion for this hotel... Please sanitize the rooms in advance before any guests arrive.... The problem which we faced while check in was that they kept us waiting for approximately half an hour for sanitization... we had a limited amount of time in hand to spend in room and in that also this sanitization process wasted our half an hour.... please sanitize the rooms in advance and don't keep the guests waiting...
The ambience of the room was very good. It gave good vibes and we were very happy for the room's facilities...
