★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service that u ll ever experience anywhere. It's you who has to followup all the time. They never do. File given in the month of January, got processed in august. And more importantly these people also change terms and conditions (amt/rate/tenure) even after sanction, while disbursement. Please choose wisely, go to a public sector bank instead.

Be carefull One stupid maneger is there his name is Alok Mishra, he is a very unprofessional ,rude. He always misbehaving to everyone. For me he charged EMI before getting loan. Please I am requesting to everyone don't go for this bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had availed a home loan of 12.5 lakh in 2017 with 8.6 of rate of interest. The rate of interest was increased to almost 10%. The tenure of my loan was also increased without any intimation to me. I experienced worst customer service here. When I approached for prepayment of my loan amount and to transfer to other bank, they weren't co-operative. I had to visit their branch four times to get Foreclosure statement. Now I have paid my Outstanding amount and transferring my loan to other bank which is far better from DHFL Bhubaneswar. Never fall prey to DHFL BBSR.
