★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic customer services.. not even worth a star.. they charge document handling charges but fail to return documents on time..I paid the loan on 21st May 2019 and after speaking to customer care reached office for collection of documents. The documents were not available. They were lieing as at the time of issue of LOD, those documents were there in branch. Rujula Tawde the manager will never react positively and help. She give me a date and later didn't answer my calls.
Same experience.. when I requested for FC and LOD.. they started postponing the date without any reason. Had to waste time and ultimately my overall process got delayed which attracted more financial losses for me.
Stay away from DHFL..

Staff is not the problem- their processes are.

Never take any loan from this fraud bank...they will screw you with fake, heavy charges....
Similarly never deposit money in FD, savings amounts in this bank....mulitple people have been told to pick their principle and completely forget the interest....that too after waiting for 2 years...
Total fraud bank...made a big mistake dealing with them and want no one else to suffer...

Highly unprofessional NBFC i have dealt with ever.Trouble the people for thier own data entry mistakes ..PATHETIC ....CEO and NODAL officers not bothered as they are enjoying thier salary sitting in LAVISH offices ..even the complaints put to them remain unanswred and unattentive ..No doubt why it is nearing a Closure of the company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Management firstly when I visited there office for change in EMI Date they said to bring all document and later they are asking for Rs.5000 charges for making date change, I'm paying home loan from 6years and this was the first time I had requested....also by paying high rate of interest they are making money by all this trick.... They have no proper format for anything and not ready to give in writings for the same.....
Worst bank worst staff....very unhappy with the service....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst NBFC for home loan. Pathetic service. Their online portal is useless and for everything, you need to visit branch. At branch, They will give you token and make you sit 2 hours till someone attends you. Absolutely no concern and respect about customer's time. Pls stay away.
You can not take appointment on phone. Their branch phone never worked and if you tried to call their customer care number, they dont know anything.
Many customers hurled abuses to their frontline staff because of pathetic service. I felt sorry for them. They are being penalized for management inefficiencies. but they have to hear abuses from customer.
