★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday night I ordered pizza treat meal for 2 combo from pizza hut dlf mall of India. In take away they not gave garlic dip even they charge for that nd Red chili flakes very disappointed..this is not expected from pizza hut first time I ordered and my experience was so bad ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Pizza hut I have been to. The food is terrible. Service is worse than the food. When I complained about it to the manager he gave no 2nd thought and blamed it on the weekends. The pasta arrived cold and the forks arrived 10 minutes later for the pasta. The waiter didn't come to get the order right away. I had to go to the counter just for them to tell me to wait for the waiter. He came and took the order and we sat there for 30-35 minutes without any update or anything.
I won't be able to eat pizza for the foreseeable future because of the horrible experience. The taste of the cheese max still gives me nightmares. The tomatoes used in the pizza tasted rotten. The manager again gave no second thought to that complaint also.
If I ever start eating pizza again it will certainly not be from Pizza hut. By any chance if I go to a pizza hut again it will certainly never be at DLF.
My last experience with pizza hut in sector 18 noida was at the GIP. The quality of food and the treatment of customers is in complete contrast with the pizza hut at DLF.
If you are in Noida sector 18 and you really really have to go to the Pizza hut. Try GIP. Or go to the DLF and we'll make a support group for victims in due course of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today i go to pizza hut i request uh all not to go there because everytime there is a waiting because there is 2-3 member for service the seats are empty because of less staff. I request pizza hut as well to arrange staff at dlf. As it will get an impact on the image of dlf as well. As well as urs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is very poor. The staff take customers for granted. When I walked into the restaurant, there were only two other customers. They were already having their food. I waited for around 15 minutes. But still no one came to take the order. Three waiters were available at that time, yet no one came to take the order, even after raising my hand multiple times. They tend to ignore me completely. The attitude of the waiters were unprofessional and I walked out of the restaurant after spending 20 minutes there. No one stopped me or even asked me why I was leaving after sitting in restaurant for 20 min. It was as if they were happy to work a little less if they lose a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to love the Pizza Hut a lot because of its innovative dishes in Indian style and cheeseeeee but I was so disappointed after eating it here neither was it cheesy nor was it tasty.. but I must say they had this jamuntini drink which was absolutely amazing and must try . Rest I think Pizza Hut please keep your innovation growing because I don’t want to hate my Pizza Hut
