★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sony name known by it's world class quality, durability, customer satisfaction & moreover trusted brand but being here in Mall Of India Store is something like a mistake. Really staff is not educated & full of ego. I must say sony always believe to make innovative products & due to this customer always visit not in a mood to buy every time. Here staff don't show interest in sales, suggestions. worst service in a world class brand

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is good but staff is lame. Owner of the store should really take measures to train the staff. I went there 2 times in a gap of two weeks to get the demo of PS VR, both times staff was unable to provide the same as they could not figure out the setup! Second time one sales attendant straight away said that PS4 is not connected! I asked them what if I come around and you call me when its fixed as I am keen to buy one. He did not answer anything. Moreover, the sales attendant was more interested in having his personal conversation on his mobile, and showed no zeal to make an effort for customer services let alone the Sales!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my PS5 from here. Being an extremely difficult to get your hands on console, it wasn’t easy to get it, but The staff really helped me out and got it for me.
Thanks to the whole staff and specially Arun ji. A very humble person. Would suggest everyone to visit this store and get their PS5 through them whenever available.
