β β β β β Very BAD experience with Pizza Hut, Hinjewadi Outlet. Need to teach staffs (Mr.Ganesh) about How to communicate with customers.
One simple question, if you're not providing delivery to the customers then why should you accept the orders?
Totally worst services provided by Hinjewadi Outlet.

Placing order at Pizza Hut, Hinjewadi Outlet is totally waste of your time and money. Even 1 star is also not worth. Be careful friends, Don't waste your time...

β β β β β Pizza Hut pizza is better than Domino's Pizza in my opinion. Pizza Hut pizza has softer base as compared to that of Domino's. Though pizza of both the companies taste good, but Domino's ones becomes dry soon. Also Pizza Hut serves pizza in a pan. I personally like that style. Both cost the same nearly. I go to pizza hut sometimes, and a few times order pizza when I feel a craving.

β β β β β Overall experience was good. Pizza Hut is well known for their pizza base, pan pizza, handcrafted pizza. Its located on main road, phase 1,hinjewadi, has parking space, neatly maintained. Staff are polite ready to help you with your orders. Pizza are super delicious. Taking out 1 star as they missed out on topping. Quantity of toppings were hardly seen on the pizza which I ordered. Hot choco lava was a treat to eat. Please ensure you mention on the pizza topping when you order your pizza.

3. Washroom is clean too.
4. In Pizza hut they offer box of four combo in which you get four pizza's ? of different toppings (worth to try) (reasonable too).

β β β β β This one is better than Domino's present in Hinjawadi. Pizzas are good if not great. Small place though. But has a separate birthday party section. Parking is a big problem. Forget about parking a four wheeler, you would be lucky if you find a spot to park your two wheeler. Staff is courteous when compared to Pune standard. Overall a nice place to hangout and chill.

β β β β β Today i ordered a meat ball pizza with exclusively asked to have olive as topping. First he hand over the pizza with Onion topping. Upon correction he removed the onion and Just sprinkle olive and probably put into oven for 5 more minutes. The colour of pizza was darker than that of black olives. Again upon confrontation he handed me a fresh pizza with olive topping.

β β β β β Orders garlic bread regular and creamy one. Food delivered in just a paper bag with no tapes in it, which means not packed!!! In pandemic where people are rushing and maintaining hygeine, you are sending the open pack of food!!!!

β β β β β I ordered pizza through a food ordering app and by far this is my worst pizza I ever ate. The pizza were so cold, that cheese froze. Garlic bread were lying in their own pool of steam/water and could not be eaten. It felt like eating bread and solid cheese together. Wasted 900 rupees for sure. Dominos is hands down better, compared to Pizza hut. Thank you for spoiling my go-to food for me. I also have some specimen photos for you all to cherish.
