★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Money got deducted by scanning QR code and cycle lock did not open. No one takes the calls at landline. Called mobile, they ask you to call landline.
Very pathetic service and disappinting experience. I wanted to ride bicycle and improve my health. It added more stress.
No clarity on their functioning. Found it to be the worst startup in India.
Never use this app or their service.
One star is a forced respect to you because I cant give you 0 star technically.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic app. I downloaded the app. It said that I should first pay RS 100 security deposit before I can book the bikes. I paid deposit and it does not let me book. Then I came to know that they do not refund security deposit. This is pure cheating. Security deposit is supposed to be refundable.
Also, very pathetic app, like made by a 10th class student.
Swindlers. Do not book bike with them.

Firstly, I had to go through the cumbersome process of uploading my personal documents on the app which already wasted my 2 hours and then when finally it got registered and verified, I came across their fraudulent service. Today morning, when i went to pick my cycle at Defence colony D-block station, I scanned the code and it unlocked a cycle at Kashmiri Gate no-3 station and the cycle for which I scanned the code never unlocked. I wasted my 3 hours trying to contact them as according to the app i'm still riding the cycle from kashmiri gate. This is clear fraud and I will definitely take an action againt them for fooling people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For such poor quality cycles, they are asking 25000 when stolen or damaged. Plus, it has only front brake which makes sound when turning or braking. Their representative told that this cycle has been imported and the sound it is making is useful for other riders on road.
Matlab kuch bhi. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The app is pathetic. I tried to unlock a bicycle, the seemingly drunk guy there (bicycle caretaker at Lajpat Nagar stand) asked to pay security deposit of Rs. 100. I paid the amount and I wasted 1/2 an hour in the mess of unlocking the bicycle. The clock ticked and boom, it was 7 PM!! The drunk guy asked me to leave. Since then I have been trying to get the refund of a service which I didn't even use. Worst experience!!
