★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better experience with this gym as I joined gym for very first time.. gym has good collection of gyring accessories.. also got good gym trainer @prasad sir , while I took personal training sessions.. he took best workout sessions !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place if you don't want to spend too much on your gym, you will get equipment that are necessary.
The place is not that crowded if you avoid after office hours.
Pro :
1. Trainers are friendly
2. The place is in easily accessible.
3. They give good offers for long term membership
Corns :
1. Proper lockers are not there, you can only use lockers at the time of the workout.
2. Washroom facility is not good.
Overall with what they are charging you will get a decent gym for a workout.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Equipment and machines available in the gym, and trainers have good knowledge of workout and diet plan.
1 thing i like most about this gym is, they do BMI checkup on monthly basis to check the progress and design the workout and diet plan on the basis of BMI results.
