When I gave my car for problems, they just erased the fault code using the scanner and did not actually fix the issue. Charged me 30k during lockdown, the problems are still on and these thieves are not even answering my calls. If you like your car, don't visit platinum cars at all. Save your money and avoid them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for AC gas filling, the prices just went 1500 to 1800, then they changed radiator liquid so that AC worked fine, followed with wiper, filters etc replacement. The statement were we will not charge you more. But later when they put the bill the filter worth 300 was charged at 1200, similar charges for other parts. But once the part is put in your car its too late and then they bully you to pay. Avoid these guys and find someone more genuine.
