★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dark and narrow corridors, no water after 9AM, no backup generator, leaking bathrooms from the above flats, cannot use the main platinum city facilities such as swimming pool and the gym and no proper parking!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Water problem from Feb to July ,Limited Parking space (few houses having secure parking ),No swimming pool & no Club house .Maintenance is not good.They will take 1720 Rs for maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sunlight , shady area , very poor maintenance , very bad people all north indians mostly illiterate , worst society , no playground , no club house , very bad ground , also rooms are small , no gym , no swimming pool worst apartment .
Please don't take a flat in O Block instead go for the main Platinum buildings like A,B ,C , D , E ,F , G
