Nice apartment

Looks like good apartment. Located in a calm, clean and serene environment yet very close to all daily needs.

Very nice Apt, due to surrounding lush green open space, weather is very good. Unique design where we don't see it as usual sky scraper or match box type apartment.

My story I stayed in C309 for almost an year(fraud owner who stay in abroad) Owner Jayesh Kamdar, while moving in he behaved good, took 2 lakhs money as deposit His apartment wooden flooring stains were there and not even deep cleaned. I had to get it deep cleaned before moving in. The problem started when I told him that I will be moving out. I had told him clearly that I will get the painting done which doesn't even costs 20000 INR but jayesh told me that the painting will cost more than 50000 INR, I had to argue with him and later he came down from 50000 inr to 29000 inr Even after knowing the price for painting, deep cleaning and seepage jayesh kamdar didn't disclose the price then when I spoke to sridhar (manager) he gave the estimate approved by jayesh for the work which includes, painting entire home, putty work, deep cleaning, water proofing , fixing of seepage, fitting of wardrobe. Seepage & water proofing is building issue and he deducted this from deposit Wardrobes were working fine (not even a small scratch) but jayesh deducted money for this On wooden flooring there were stains even before I moved in and I had proof of the video which I recorded before moving in and even he had recorded the same. I had to show him his own video proof that stain was not done by me and it were there even before I moved in Return of deposit money. He transferred in batches and ended up wasting my time in following him multiple times. He deducted 10000 inr and didn't even tell me why and sent the balance amount. I had left around 23 pots which I had told that my relative would be picking it from C309 but before I pick the pots he has sold the pots without my consent and not responding. When I asked Jayesh Kamdar to send pending 10000 INR - he spoke in bad words and blocked me BE AWARE BEFORE MOVE IN Society issues Within 30 days of moving in the seepage started and horrible things start from here. No kids park everything is broken and management committee is not even interested in getting it fixed. Gym - is just name sake and the president doesn't listen to the complaints and just asks to join gym outside if we raise the complaint Seepage - Inside apartment, basement & terrace a lot of seepage, Management committee is not interested in getting it fixed Solar Water - within 30 days of moving in it stopped and management didn't even fix this Indoor games - nothing is there and all got broken/rusted Swimming Pool - the management didn't open it at all They claim that Electrician/Plumbers are available but they don't turn for complaints and demand more money nothing less than 500 INR Courtyard - Kids not allowed to play courtyard and management creates a mess if they see kids playing Security - Just name sake many residents have lost their bikes part like wheel WASTE OF PAYING RENT, MAINTAINENCE FOR NO FACILITY OR AMENITIES

Management is useless. Everywhere seepage. Gym is waste. Not maintained since ages. They just collect maintenance fee. No rating at all. Many rent the house and vacate it within few days. Horrible property. Everywhere drainage pipes leaaking.
