★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice apartment look wise but probably the worst place society wise , it's a high time committee members need to be changed as they are just a bunch of retired humans who have literally nothing much to do in life so they keep interfering in every possible things , no one can leave here with a piece of mind , against pets complete , and worst thing they favours there friends and family , I strongly recommend not to purchase any apartment here unless committee changes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location and spacious houses. That's the only good thing about this place. Not suitable for a peaceful living as the association or committee keeps torturing with their rules that comes up every now and then. They have a lot of issues related to pets and parking. A bunch of retired souls try to micromanage your life and have issues with your way of living. They even cheat you by taking parking rent and make you pay for an entire month irrespective of the day you have parked or day of request for parking. The committee also favors their friends and family where the rules are not applicable to any of them. Disappointed especially during this pandemic situation they are reluctant to understand our problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. An apartment to live in. Very spacious. Neatly maintained. Calm and quiet. Lot of greenery. All amenities available. Ample parking space for inmates and any number of visitors. Highly disciplined. Safe place for children to move around and play.
Excellent indoor shuttle badminton court. A big supermarket. Houses are protected with sound proof Windows. Spacious and good construction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good looking apartment,good security,good ameneties,but what's the point of them if the trash ec wont even let you use it peacfully.They just have a problem in everything.The same ppl everytime in ec ,all r egid with no work who are just behind kids everytime,not a good place for kids to play as if they even play in the club house and make a bit of noise the staff has a big problem, they are so jobless all the time they won't look at big matters but come behind children even if they just bring a chips packet or smthg in the tt court or badminton court or forget to register for enterning the court.some ameneties are closed half of the time and we keep waiting for them to open.when we ask the staff when they going to open them it's just one reply they don't know.In this pandemic situation the ec keeps telling the ppl to wear mask ,but don't wear it themselves, overall good apartment but the ec is too interfaring and ofc should be changed or this apartment is not a place worth spending money on.
