Construction quality found good, location is very good near to Thumkur main road, other fecilities like swimming pool theatre library etc very good.

TATA Aquila Heights is well maintained and has alot of amenities ( pool, gym,courts, games,garden,kids area, club house, parking). it is one of the top luxurious Premium housing complex (houses are elegant and beautiful) developed in Bangalore, well connected by Metro, railway station, shopping mall, bus stops etc, you will get easily transport facilities for Airport, It is situated at Awesome location. there are Lots of free space, Atmosphere and ambience is clean and peaceful.

Situated near HMT school , area is surrounded with greenary and very calm area, situated very close to NH4 . Near to Yeshwanthpur Railway station. Good access road towards airport..

Horrible Society. I recently shifted to Bangalore, and moved into this society. Since Day 1, my experience has been horrible. Sharing this for the benefit of other people moving to Bangalore who might be fooled by Tata brand and the so called ‘premium’features of the society: 1) The construction quality is so bad that even if a pen drops on the upper floor, you can hear the sound. 2) The water pipes are broken and leaking. Every third day, water supply is forcibly shut off in the name of ‘repair work’. 3) Finally, the incident which made me write this review. I was stuck inside a broken lift for 50 minutes which endangered my life considering I have hypertension and claustrophobia. No emergency call button was working. After ringing the alarm bell and banging the door literally for 15 min, a security guard turned up saying Otis guys are on the way and left. The next day, we were shared a mail asking to pay a fine of 2000 rupees for damaging the lift. And btw, we pay INR 10000 as maintenance for this society .

Horrible visitor management. What is the point of any visitor to do manual entry if a apna complex code is present. Visitors are treated so badly, and every 2 months, there seem to be new security people who are confused about entry process. Management needs to care about visitors. We are family of residents of the complex, and why are we treated like this? And what is the point of spending on services like apna complex if we end up writing our details on a ledger like ancient times. I've not seen any mismanaged visitor entry even in much smaller apartments.

Really pretty and well made. Didn't go inside any of the houses but met my friend outside. Visitor parking and formalities are easy to do and there were benches everywhere for us to sit and chill at.
