★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are some unwanted elements (e.g. Prakash - who claims to be an interior designer, can get cheap electric items, etc)..Builder should get rid of such elements immediately before its too late. Also, from no angle this is a ready to move flats, keep in mind until registration you will be promised stars and moons and then...its foggy

Marketing person like Shivakumar and Dileep are so humble and helpful.
Have done the interiors with Prakash who have done a good work with a reasonable price and I'm happy with it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V far of from the main road, hardly any shops nearby. Unless you have a own vehicle it will be difficult to commute. The apartments are yet to get completed, hence it's a not a finished apartment and no assurance they will complete on due date. I am sure all the positive reviews are from the builder side. Additionally for registration at SRO they will ask you to pay the bribe under legal Charges, when asked they will say no sir that you have to pay. If paper are correct why pay bribe under legal Charges.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience after buying the flat, especially with workers. You need to beg to get the work done- may it be plumbing granite or electricals.
Interior person Mr Prakash will be the first one to reach out to you asking you to book his interior saying he is from builder's side. He will work as per the processed payment and will not even bother to ask you on selection and requirement needs. Should we be buying the house to get the interior done as per his wish? Guys pls search Google or reach out to your family/ friends to get good contacts. People who are buying the house for the first time without any knowledge on electricals and interior will be the one to easily get fooled by this person.
Construction work and amenities is best recommended.

-Amenities are OK 3. 5/5 (Good swimming pool but for other activity space is less)
-Cunstruction quality OK 4/5
-Bathroom Fittings are good 4/5
-I feel Plumbing design & quality could have done better 3/5
-Still under construction but Overall building is good 4/5
