★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worse diagnostic lab I have ever seen. They are not following even a single norm for COVID. I went there 5 days back for my husband's CE CT abdomen. There were so many people including there staff and patients who were without mask or mask hanging around there neck. No social distancing, nothing. I requested their staff to to ask them to wear mask, but they said we can't say anything to them as they are our customers. We paid the amount around 8900 Rs 1 day back which was not refundable according to them. So we stayed there, as that was the only option. They are not even sanitizing the scanning room after doing HRCT scan of covid patients. My husband got infected with Covid 19 after getting a scan done from there. I m quite sure that he catched infection from platinum lab only, because he never went anywhere else. And now they are not even ready to believe that they are not following government guidelines for Covid 19. Just for money sake these people are endangering everyone's lives.

My wife has nine months pregnancy and I had referred slip for ultrasound from the government hospital.
First they questioned me, from which hospital have you referred ? What is Dr name. What is dmc no of dr. and what is Dr contact no etc. I have told everything.
Then they told me to come next day. When we both reached next day they just denied to do as because my phone no was not correctly mentioned.
I have tried to give my all the prove and docs but they did not do. They just react as they are doing adhar KYC instead of ultrasound.
This centre should be adhaar centre instead of ultrasound and imagine centre.
They even doesn't care about the patient condition.

Clothes offered to patients during MRI are dirty blood clotted and one with chewing gum paste in it.
When asked to refund money they refused.
Also HR is so unprofessional ...
Avoid such untidy labs...

WaIt karwaate hai better go to govt hospital only if platinum
If no slot AVL don't tell just take advance after that no value of patient
Never advice to go there for any test
