★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even one star is more to them. Totally unprofessionally staff along with bad behavior. I done my mother's MRI on 9.4.2021 and they assured that the report will available on 11.4.2021. Totally bad services and they do not provide the report on time. Always tells lie about the duration of your reports. I strongly not recommended their services. Worst services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They give Very poor service according to their policy the patient reports should be delivered with in 24hrs but they dont provide it till 48 hrs after test and in their defence they will say "we have to priorise hospital patients first "even their is no hospital appointment and they will make you visit them 3 times 1st day for appointment 2nd day for test and next to next day after test to collect reports. And staff is so rude they have no manners to talk properly......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are very irresponsible and receptionist don't have any manners and it feels like they are enjoying picnic while patients are having trouble. Reception girls are busy in phone and doesn't even look at the patients. I sincerely ask to the owners of this centre to get trained and professional staff. Girls are laughing all the time and I asked them about timing for around 5 times and those girls put their head in the phone and didn't bother to answer then I have to scream and ask them to show some manners. I am very calm and polite person but these girls make me angry.. Personally suggest other patient not to visit this centre... I am a social media influencer and I am gonna make some noise on YouTube and instagram

Then I come to delhi and some body tell me about chacha Nehru hospital geeta colony. I went there and take advice from doctor said for MRI test. Then I go to many diagnostic center but I don't have that much money some said 17000,15000,13000, then in evening I found SBR diadnostics pvt Ltd center and thanks to this center they give me 40% discount and after all I pay only 6000 .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. I came for my child ultrasound. Ultrasound done at 11'o Clock. Then i have to wait for typest she came then she type then i will get the report. If you have lots of time then only you can go.
