β β β β β I bought a brand new flat in the ground floor of "Platinum Lifestyle" F029 with basement car/motorcycle parking, and did the house warming ceremony yesterday.
This amazing property is located at the 8th phase of JP Nagar. opposite 80 feet road, and BDA park. The ambience and tranquility of PLS is fantastic, indeed a very spacious and clean, gated community. It has 2 swimming pools, well maintained gardens (with lights highlighting the exotic plants and trees) state of the art gymnasium, amphitheatre, temple, recreation centre, snooker/billiards, table tennis, indoor games, Meditation/Yoga hall, Party Hall, Badminton courts, ATM machine, supermarket, ladies beauty parlour, laundry, Children's play area & small swimming pool for kids etc. Excellent security with CCTV cameras fixed in every nook and corner, even inside the lifts. The builders, manager, and the maintenance team are very helpful and highly efficient. The materials used are high quality, teakwood doors, Jaguar fittings etc.
Excellent location, has so many Malls, schools, hospitals etc, within the vicinity. The icing on the cake is that there is less traffic and no sound of vehicles blowing their horns.

β β β β β Pathetic maintenance..drainage water is leaking on parking area and there is no proper maintenance..Also they are getting 2780 Rs per month which very high for their maintenance. All owner should deposit some money in the common account in order to get interest for maintenance.so that these kind of payment can be avoided and those money minded people won't charge every month..just think about 500 family every month paying on and average around 2300 Rs.In a year , it will be 1 crore 38 laks..

β β β β β A well planned residential complex with a host of amenities located inside the premises. A small supermarket, a tailor, a beauty parlour, an ATM and two play areas are located here.
It is easily accessible from Bannerghatta Road, kanakapura Road and Nice Road. but as it is in the interiors, the surrounding approach roads are completely unplanned and very narrow. Further because of these unplanned roads there is a lot of dust pollution especially affecting the houses facing the main road.
As construction work is in progress in the surrounding areas, a lot of heavy vehicles such as lorries and concrete mixers pass by this apartment. In addition one of the private bus companies have stationed their fleet in the nearby area.

β β β β β Good looking apartments. Well maintained swimming pool, gymnasium, children park, indoor park with swings, etc. 2 badminton courts and elevators. Ample parking space available for residents at ground floor as well as basement. Lot of green area and plants. Good atmosphere and ambience maintained. Upper floors are pretty windy and well lit. Located right in front of BDA park, so frontage of the apartment will have good green area after the road area. Duplex apartments are good looking, well lit and windy. Prices are reasonable for the amneties and ambience offered.

β β β β β The main reason i love this apartment is because of the weather here, doesn't matter if it's summer or winter , it will be cold and breezy inside ?. There is space for kids and for playing chess , and ping pong and badminton too ?. A good sized swimming pool too. A small supermarket, ATM and a tailor is also available within the compund .The only thing i was disappointed is that there were no one my age, literally everywhere just kids and kids over and over again??
