★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I admitted my Dezire car with Maruti Insurance Company for repairs in Platinum Motocorp Service Centre IMT Manesar on 27 July 2020. Today is 05 August 2020 ie 10th day of my car admitted in their Service Centre, however, no work has started on my car. Moreover, they charged me more than Rs. 200/- for sanitising the car as if we/car are/is Covid-19 infected. The service centre is not even attending to our calls. Feeling helpless and harassed. But for insurance policy, they run around me three months before the expiry of my carsc insurance policy. Very very poor work and response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think best services are given by maruti suzuki india limited registered services also operates Driving School that namely platinum maruti driving school I'm also get training here. For driving learning process you have to take 20 days special training.in which you will get 5 days for theoretical classes,5 days dummy classes like prototype model after that 10 days special on road training vehicles. During training sessions you will trained in professional way.also here pick up and drop facilities are available but in fees will increases.I think overall very good experience between trainer and trainees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor response of platinum motocorp manesar my car work done on. 09.01.2022 after that regularly I have visited platinum but they are not releaing the vehicle they told your insurance approval not done you pay and take vehicle approx 15k otherwise we will not release the vehicle after that i meet with seniour person then I got my after 20days . Really very bad platinum
