All staff behave rudely. Loot service center hai. Lutna hai to jarur jayen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experience of my life at this service centre. Highly unskilled workmanship at this place. Advisors do not listen customer complaint seriously and hence end up with poor results. No responsibilty , no accountability , no check on check , no system. I doubt whether there is thing like management or not . From vehicle IN to vehicle OUT you will keep on facing surprises. They could not perform minor repairs at one go. I have to take my vehicle to them not once but twice coz they couldn't rectified the problem , infact adding some serious defects which can be life threatning to occupants. Again when I collect the vehicle they added 2 new defects. Since I am quite knowledgeable about vehicles , I couldn't get fooled by them. Even after having 2 new defects I didn't took my vehicle to them rather decided to get it repaired from local service. Ufff bunch of highly unprofessional and unskilled people. I will not go there again even if they promise me free service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service center in Gurgaon region . They hardly bother about the customer . The service representative didn’t give proper performa of invoice in advance . My car was returned in very bad condition with soap deposits left after washing , foot mats interchanged with someone , also foot mats were kept on seats instead of placing them on floor .
Further the interior polish used by the service station is substandard and led to white deposits on my steering wheel and dash board . I filed a complaint in maruti but neither are they bothered . It’s been a week and I am not contacted by anyone .
Also the branch manager cellphone is off and is not picking up . When I went to show then , they asked me to come another day for inspection but they haven’t contacted me yet .
When asked about service record and Cctv footage , they refused to share and I suppose they hardly do anything in the service . Attaching pictures .
