β β β β β I think the one whom I had faced in bank at inquiry counter was so much dedicated in his work so he didn't have time to hear us out. I vividly remember, I had to ask twice against his responses. When there is customer who is been eagerly waiting for services. I suppose, catering them should be their first priority rather than their routine work. As a customer, we felt trivial importance. However, the other staff was cooperative and well mannered, so overall rating is boosted up to 4. Apart from this, the bank's specklessness, rendered with all the services also considered under rating.
