★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My rating is based on what I saw and the conversation I had with the store owner son.
My brother was travelling abroad and his friends wanted him to get a good seasoned hard ball cricket bat (yes, there is hard & soft ball bats).
So it was this place or Olympics sports and all reviews pointed out that this place offers more choices hence, we visited the place.
Yes, indeed the collection was good and the boys over the counter understand your needs well and suggest bats and I didn't see them marketing any particular brand of their choices so I was happy for their knowledge and customer preference.
You get complete cricket kits based on your choice of brands and depth of pocket.
Our visit was good until owners son involved himself during billing where we asked for a discount. He wouldn't agree to it, so we said let it be and went ahead to pay in debit card and he said he will charge us 2% for which we refused and then it started.
I asked him to discount that 2% for which he said his business will be charged by bank and so he is charging his customers. It's not right to charge customers so I refused and went to ATM to draw cash and he started grumbling over bill copy also.
This guy is trying to make easy money and is ready to loose customers and his reputation over such issues.
His shop provides good products but attitude matters. His father was a good businessman who was ready to take the 2% charge for card transaction on business rather than add it on customers bill.
As for the owner stating that he doesn't charge 2% on cricket goods, doesn't it mean you charge for other goods. Secondly why do you have bills with more of cash payments. Third point, none of you wear uniforms or name badges to denote or remember.
I made payment of 8k for cricket bat and post billing we had a change of mind & went for higher model and paid difference of 3k and bought 5 grips as well, all paid in cash. We withdrew from Karnataka Bank ATM at end of your shop road Sir. Your stars went down even more, if you are not in the shop then the mid age guy behind counter is pretty unruly and if it is you then you need to learn some customer retaining lessons for future. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Players Choice was suggested to me by my sons coach. We upgraded the batting pads and batting gloves a week back. Today we went back to get a kit bag, keeping gloves and few accessories. Fair pricing and everyone at shop extended good help with selection of the right gear. Extremely satisfied and will definitely recommend to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plz kindly read my worst experience with the players choice sports shop. i think they are absent minded. 1st I bought a SS custom bat and had given for seasoning there itself. I got the bat after 2days. I bought it home then removed the scuff sheet then saw a crack mark. I called them immediately and then went to the shop they told it was companies fault and they will not check each and every bat before they give it to the customer I agreed. In replacement for that bat I bought SS orange bat and again told them to season it ...after 5days had gone ti the shop but still the bat was not seasoned and asked them to return the money but he was not willing to give it. Then after a day I had gone to take the bat he showed me another piece of SS orange which was not the bat which I had selected earlier and asked him to get my bat which he told he had already given to someone else. This is how they treat the customer. I recommend not to buy from here if any one wants such experience can buy it but I have to buy from here itself bcz he is not willing to give the money back. I think he shd pay me back the travelling charges 400rs also along with the bat. They he called and say the bat is ready. I went to get the bat the which I had ordered but someone else played with it he had erased the ball mark and had put an unusual bat sheet it was like transparent tape. Then I fought with them and got the my money back.plz don't buy they might give you a used bat. I might given a long lecture but this is the fact.he did not give the bill for sg gloves.cheaters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had given my bat for knocking and I see that the bat has not even been knocked once and returned as it is. I'm knocking at home and I see indentation on every knock. So I don't know how the bat was knocked by them. So I paid Rs.350 to let them have the bat for a day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took a bat that was below 8k and got pressed on the handle about 3-4 spots amd i asked them to get me repaired they dint do it properly they only threaded it and asked me for 300rs even thats the worst thing of that shop and dont even go the to buy bats especially and waste of the bat and worst shop and they told me that i will have 3 months of gaurenty for that bat and they dint even change the handle
