★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please donot opt for this bus, non ac sleeper, pathetic experience, booked ticket for coorg to madiwala, they will drop you in majestic... after reading reviews i realized this has been happening for a long time... this bus doesnot go to madiwala... they stop at n number of places switch on the lights.. they talk loud, the seat on which we travelled had mud...from shoes i guess.. we were in upper berth.. it was a terrible experience.. please donot take this non ac sleeper bus

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better prefer Government red bus which is 1000% beeter than this.
The owner shivu gives to fake promises of seat and collects same fair, but you will end up in either last seat or cabin. So you need to ruin your next day.
Worst experience always.

Same mattress they manufacture for half of the rate . I brought 2 beds customised and I am so satisfied like I paid for only one and the quality is superb premium finished Amazing service and loved the bed thank you will definitely recommend all my friends and family thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst journey ever.. my seat was 1U on 1/4/2022 and throughout my journey from Bengaluru to Kushalnagar mosquitos have bit me. Unnecessary waiting post boarding. This should have been a goods carrier than passenger service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst transport ever. No proper guidance, they used. Not following the info what they giving in website. If we want to get down in madivala they asking to change the bus from majestic that also very rude behavior. And they are not understand the situation of passengers. Instead of this worst service they shd stop to giving service. Same cost we can go by ksrtc airawat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience in Poornima Travels, In App they had mentioned dropping point is at Madiwala but these people dropped us in Mejestic and told us to change the bus and made us to wait for 1and half hour.We had some commitment we had to reach madiwala at 5.30 but you people giving fake promises in app and making passengers fool. Bus started from Sullia..will be complaining against you for this..moreover there was no charging socket as well. We are not gonna travel in Poornima anymore also we suggest our friends not travel in your bus....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst passenger bus ever. I would rather quote them as parcel carrier truck. I had booked Poornima bus from Bangalore to Madikeri nad vise versa.
They did not pick me at the location *SBI signal) mentioned in thier own website. I had to walk from SBI signal to their office to board the bus. Further the return bus booked for 11 am was cancelled with out any prior notice. I was waiting in the Madikeri bustand till 11:15am neither got a Call nor mail communication. I voluntarily made several calls to their office which were not answered, finally Mr. Shivu irresponsibily said the bus is cancelled. Very pathetic service, I had wasted my whole day due these ignorant travells. If would have Informed prior I would had planned B.

Worst Booking and Travel Experience.
⚠️Cheap quality service rendered. No safety for its customers if they’re travelling night.
⚠️No proper contact details of any branch or customer service executive in the night if a booking is made.
⚠️improper drop off location by the drivers even though you make a booking for a specific location.
⚠️Drivers are very rude and abusive while communicating.
WORST CHOICE FOR A SAFE AND COMFORTABLE TRAVEL !!!!
