Washroom facilities can be better and since many commuters visit this place on daily basis they can provide better seating facilities.

Some buses are so bad and so not puntual that , even the VRL customer care does not bother anymore. I would recommend find a better alternate option.

They run routes with drivers who skip the actual timing giving calls during boarding time, that they can't wait even a minute.

we trust VRL so only we go here but here it's too slow, taking forever to give one delivery.. there where no people still waited more than 40min to just to talk. Better to go for other delivery service.

very bad service from this office. staff won't help and they throw the parcel infront of u. they don't even care and the staff also won't listen to u. so overall usability it's all ur loss. they don't care at all. so try other transport service it way better than vrl. i have taken 3 to 4 delivery but all time something they do. very very disappointed with vrl service

Materials had been dispatched 10th of March Tracking shows the materials are still at booking place and till now we have not received any call from the receiving office, when reached to check they confirm the materials are received and you have to pay extra for keeping the materials with us , Day by day vrl is becoming worse, I booked just because vrl belongs to karnataka. But didn't know their service is this worst, For searching the materials they took 35mins time

DON'T BE FOOLED BY BRAND NAME. ~~~ RUDE, INSENSIBLE STAFF ~~~ Route no. KA 41D 1463, Bangalore to Karwar (8 pm bus halted at VRL Gandhinagar B office location to begin journey) I and my wife reached at 7.45 pm. I told the driver that I would pick up some snacks and be back in 10 minutes. But, before I could come back, he started the bus at 7.55pm even after my wife told him to wait. I was a minute away from the bus. Then the backup driver continuously yelled at my wife, saying we do not have space to stay here we need to go. Then driver drove another 300-400 meters and stopped there only after my wife kept telling him to stop and as it's not yet 8pm and they started the bus early. Otherwise he would have simply driven to next VRL pickup point WITHOUT caring at all. He told my wife this is not a AUTO RICKSHAW to stop anywhere. But my wife persisted him to stop. And he finally stopped. We know it's NOT an auto but why the hell do you start the bus before scheduled time ??? How am I supposed to catch the bus if he keeps driving stop after stop, that too before scheduled time ??? I ran as fast I could and reached the bus at 7.59pm, much ahead of the pick up point and questioned why they moved early even after I having told them. They don't have an answer. The driver doesn't have any manners. He simply started yelling at me. There'll be too much traffic etc etc. My simple question is - WHY THE HELL DO YOU START THE BUS BEFORE SCHEDULED TIME??? Nowadays, all people have mobile phone and accurate synchronized times. Sadistic scums starting the bus, even after telling. Unfortunately, there's no law against such wrongs. They are acting as if they own the bus and yelling at single woman in the bus. Pathetic staff. Didn't expect this at all from established agency like VRL. They should teach manners to their staff first. These are the kind of people who don't belong to travel service industry. What kind of recruitment procedure does VRL have ???
