β β β β β I have been to pick my parcel from MR travels. Location is fine. Very small place, for payment they do not accept card or paytm. This is so much inconvenient.. Today is digital payment era even vegetable vendor keeps UPI based payment system.

β β β β β Will avoid travelling with MR Travels. Issue with scheduled time, bad bus stops, boarding more travellers than seats and occupying common area.

β β β β β Most easily can be said as the biggest frauds in this travel industry. From the starting, they will not obey the seat rules and move people based on their links and comfort. Throughout the journey in this covid times, they will take people from anywhere and everywhere to earn that extra amount which offcourse is illegal as they have enough people with as many seats available. There are these travel agency near Mayura hotel and sampann hotel which will give you the ticket by charging more than online amount and would not even talk properly once you pay the money. Booking memo is with name himalayan travel agency. All in all, a no no if you want a peaceful journey. With no option available, go for a booking via online portal and not travel agencies specially with M R travels as all is fixed and set.

β β β β β The bus interior was good on my last visit but that is not all what a passenger needs. As the bus was empty, they were boarding extra passengers to make some extra money where the passengers were more than the seats available in the bus. This can be dangerous as we do not know what kind of people are boarding. It is a risk for the existing passengers. We were requesting for a stop for washroom and they prolonged the same for many hours which makes the elderly people uncomfortable. The bus was just wasting time in Mumbai for almost 4 hours and this is not acceptable as we had to reach our destination on time. I would not recommend this travels as there is a question of safety.

β β β β β Recently I travelled from Bangalore to Mumbai unfortunately I booked one of worst bus I have ever travelled Boarding time I got was 2:40 but I boarded at 3:59 & in belagavi they needed to pick some parcel from office so that he driven 15 min in same road they have no time sense & taking over capacity passengers & goods.
