One of the worst travels I have travelled recently from Udupi to Bangalore. The Driver and Helper both arrogant attitude, I suggest this travel is not safety for single girls or families travelling..

Such a worst driver and travels, this bus has hit a person and went like nothing, he dint even seen the behind how victim is, we dint even seen a such monsters in bangalore, please dont even try to get into this travels, please dont go with this travels.

It's not a passenger bus service, but rather lools like a cargo truck service. They filled all the remaining seats with huge heavy sacks of God knows what! The seat above me and both seats in front of me were filled with these sacks such that they repeatedly kept falling over me throughout the journey. One of the sacks fell on me and broke the curtain railing as you can see in the photos. Pathetic service!

While, coming from Gokarna to Bangalore worest experience i could see where's Driver didn't stop for dinner in between.... Stopped for washroom in worest place where all ladies travelled faced same issues even after charging reasonable price for customers no bedsheets nothing ....

Bus from Bangalore to Gokarna reaches by 9am. More preference given to Luggages/Goods than to Travellers. Updates: No proper coordination and information given to passengers. I had to book tickets in this bus on 05.01.2022 having no option to travel, as another useless bus Operator Cancelled the service to Gokarna on last minute. Boarding point was selected as Singasandra and driver also called and confirmed for pick at Singasandra and was told to be there on time, but he left without picking us up and was told that I would be picked up by another bus and will be dropped at Jayanagar 4th Block. Had luggages and was very difficult to hop on between buses. Stopped at Jayanagar Near Kamat Hotel for 45 mins for loading of goods. And bus was stopped for a hour after Nelamangala for some repair work, which should have been taken care before boarding the passengers and not during travel, which delays to reach to the destination. People pls pls pls pls pls avoid travelling by this service, who never cares for passengers rather giving importance to luggages/goods/non-maintenance of buses.

I had booked a ticket from Shiroor to Bangalore on 27/11/21 PNR 633342 on Bus number - KA51 AB 3964. Seat No. F. Even though I knew it was the last seat, I never knew it was completely different from other seats on the bus. Only after boarding the bus did I realize the seat was not like other seats on the bus since no one had informed me anything earlier. It did not have any facility like a rack to keep bags, back rest or pillows which were provided to other passengers. I am a cancer survivor with physical disability aged 55 years. I was traveling alone. When the bus started moving, I could neither sit or sleep and got hurt a few times, including a cut on my finger and a slight bump on my head due to the placement of head under a protrusion. Since the seat was at ground level, I could sit with my legs let down or get up easily from the seat. Finally I had to book another ticket in Udupi to continue my travel. I am sure I would have ended up with a grave injury if I did not shift from the seat. I know it brings you a little extra ticket money, but it is really not good to put passengers through such a horrible experience for making a little extra cash. This seat should either be removed or changed into something safe and comfortable, fit for long distance travel. I feel they should inform the single women traveler, who are above 50 regarding the situation of the seat. In fact I consider it illegal to force passengers through such discomfort without prior warning to them about the seat condition. I would like the transporter, Sri Durgamba Travels to compensate me for the trouble caused. Also I expect an apology from your side.

Error in dropping points. I cancelled my train and booked this bus from Dharmastala to Whitefield (ROUTE 21 9th may 11:55pm pickup). but morning i came to know it doesn't go to Whitefield. Wasted my money in cab.

One of the worst experiences I have had in recent times. I had booked tickets in 2+1 sleeper for my Father and my 2 kids who were accompanying him from Manipal to Bengaluru. - Departure time was 9.50 pm. We were called and told to be at destination by 9.30 pm. - Bus arrived @ 10.20 pm. - Upon arrival the driver announces the bus will be changed as it's getting faulty. - The bus started from Manipal, but was docked in Udupi for the next half hour in wait of replacement - The replacement bus was a very old Bus. seats were torn ( not exaggerating). By now couple of people walked off from their tickets/seats saying this is just undone. - Bus breakdown at Ghati where the driver announces he doesn't hav spare tire. The wait for spare tyre starts. - After about 1.5hrs and sheer luck of getting spare from another bus driver, started making way to Bengaluru. This is atrocious. Especially when you hav sent kids with their grandparents, paying Sri Durgamba the premium price for tickets. @sridurgambatravels pls give me an official number or ID where I can lodge a formal complaint.
