★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad maintence ,though this bus has primo certification,this bus including AC and non AC buses are filled with coackroaches , i am searching the primo certification company sò that i file complaint aganist them for giving false certification for very badly maintained buses.if u travel in this bus you will carry coackroaches babies into ur home through ur luggage...the staff of this bus smoke beedi from cabin which gets inside through window if we keep open for fresh air ..VERY BAD SERVICE .....

Friendly staffs.
I sent my scooter from Bangalore to Kasaragod without any headache. I sent in porter and staff at the office helped in off loading from the pickup rikshaw.
