★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I went to the Plywood Garden shop in Jadavpur to buy some tick ply. I selected the premium product and paid for it. However, it's a disappointment that they've delivered another moderate product. I called the shop right after delivery and they refused to exchange the items.
They start threatening and abusing me instead of exchange and undertaking corrective measures. From what I've observed, this Plywood Garden has another shop across the street opposite IRIS Hospital, and both are involved in questionable business practices. So, while dealing with Plywood Garden, I strongly recommend everyone to take it seriously. Regards
