★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there would've been negative stars to give, I would've given it all. Worst network connection, support team is useless. The service provider in my area doesn't even respond to calls and network downtime is min. 40% . Waste of money and time.

Absolutely, disgusting people & their services.
It's been more than 1.5 months I have taken a new connection.
First of all they used old wire to give me the connection, then the internet keeps on disconnecting every 5 mins.
The local representative is not recieving calls. Then when he recieved, does not believe me. I have shared him a video capturing the problem using the LAN cable. Then also no reply, no contacts. I was shocked to see his audacity to deny me explaining the problem. Then tried customer care like hundreds of times, it is either not reachable or it's busy since 1.5 months.
Every month after paying aroung Rs 700, I am facing all these nonsense.
It is really frustrating & on top of all these they have lobby, they will not allow other service provider enter into their area.
We people should do something about this.
We need value for money & better service provider.
Just a pathetic service provider with pathetic people in the team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible and pathetic service. Moreover nowadays there is no login page available which means internet remains on all the time on your computer and you can't turn off the internet even if you want to which is a big security risk. Even in cell phones there is an option to turn on/off your mobile data but in this case there is none.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3rd class service, isp service mostly bad. Isp No Responsible ? . Problem/day , 4-5h/day no service,ping loss,bad weather,good weather,wire cutting ete...???? Don't buy this service... Don't waste your money.. My Bandwith 60mbps?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't take any broadband and cable service from here. One of the worst service. Their supporting team does not support , if you call they always say " we are checking" , but the result is zero. The suppliers from my are is tooooo worst. Each and every day minimum 7 to 8 times their network not works for 3 to 4 hrs. also every night from 7 pm to next day morning they disconnect the network , worst service. don't take service from here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deplorable internet service. Network speed is often only a fraction of what the selected plan describes. There are regular dead spots where there is no connectivity. If you value your money and time, do not subscribe to this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm using meghbela broadband connection since 2014, after I switched to it's firber connection on Jan 2020, I'm facing huge downfall of meghbela's connection... Internet service is down for nearly 2-3 hours per day. I contacted to service operator but they said you are using fiber connection so contact to meghbela's customer support but customer support team didn't solve my issues to be more specific this is not only my problem, this problem is now happening in our total area...
