PNB ATM - Faridabad

Good. I have an account at Punjab National Bank ( PNB) . At the time of opening my account, I have selected the option for net banking and ATM. Now, I got ATM card as well as net banking user id and password.First Time Login : At the first time login, we need to create two password one is for login and another one is for transaction. Login password is used only at the time of login and transaction password is used only at the time transaction and its related function. Brfore starting using the net banking services, we need to set our transaction limit of our choice.Adding other's account number : PNB provides the simplest way to add beneficiary account detail and the most interesting part is we can activate immediately and can start transfering fund, we don't need to wait for 24 hrs for activation.I have opted the net banking facility to allow me to transfer money to other's account without wasting time at the bank. PNB's net banking services save my lots of time and I can petform from anywhere where I have an internet connection. I am also using SBI's net banking services, but I can't transfer money just after adding beneficiary account number, I have to wait for 24 hrs for the activation. Hi customer! I am here to share my review on my bank which is Punjab National Bank. I am a customer of this bank for the past 8 years. You can trust this bank for sure.Phone Banking: There are more options available in this bank. one such is phone banking. there is an application man PNB pay through which you can make all kinds of transactions as follows:Balance Enquiry,Mini Statement of your account(last 5 trans)Fund Transfer within the Bank from one account to an another one.Fund Transfer to accounts of other banks in the form of NEFT scheme & IMPS.ATM Availability:There is more availability for ATM category. This process takes only few days to process which compared to other banks. It is always faster through my experience.Internet Banking:The internet banking process is also easier. You will have so much options in it. You do NEFT transactions and payments through net banking itself. This site is highly secure.Customer service:No doubt in customer service at all, because they stand up high in their services meeting up need of each customer with patience. I have had almost 3 to 4 issues in my bank, and which I approach customer service, they handled my issue every smoothly and on time. I liked their patience.
