From last year i am waiting for the reversal of the funds still no one has helped regarding it. 31st dec 20 i have initiated a transaction through phone pe and it wrongly got credited in some other account in pnb. We have asked the branch for the support but still no revert. The customer consent letter also has been submitted in the branch. Kindly help for the same.

2. Behaviour of the person sitting on the reception, security guards and officers of the bank is quite good. All are co-operative.
3. Good experience to visit the bank.
