β β β β β The most unprofessional bank and incompetent employee's.. The the Branch Manager of Kharadi branch is the worst.. As we say book is read by it cover. I guess that's why the employees working under him are like that.
My suggestion never take a loan from them if u want to have a peaceful life
If there was any other rateing I will give the -100

β β β β β The entire experience was worst and irritating. I was expecting a corporation and ease of processing from such a reputed bank. But what I got was a very disappointing experience. They had taken processing fees 5900 RS and done nothing. Also not re-funded my money back. "*Pls don't go for PNB for any type of loan.*"

β β β β β PNB Housing Finance is very very very pathetic, they dont have any ethics, Taking loan from PNB is just a trap, they have so much of hidden charges. Even if you have any sort of emergency please dont go to PNB, And if you are an existing customer of PNB then please try to shift your home loan to other bank, This is very pathetic bank.

β β β β β Pathetic customer service. Highly unprofessional team. They will bill you fake charges for statements for which customer newer requested. Raising demand in mobile app is a big pain if such fake charges are pending in your name. Toll free numbers have long waiting ques. Just keep listening a line "Your call is important to us. Kindly bear with us". This actually has no importance to them. Finally once you able to connect after a long wait of nearly half an hour and you start briefing about your pain, the call gets dropped 'automatically'

β β β β β I have PNB HOUSING Loan, if you bounce ECS then you will not get any way to make repayment to PNB, Very difficult to make repayment. Internet banking also very very bad and not feasible to make repayment. There is no any good service for easy job, every time difficulty. Phone number not reachable. Bad experience.

β β β β β PNB Housing Finance are very prompt taking the payment and documents from you when you take home loan from them or make any payment towards them for any of their services.
But once you have opened your home loan account with them, their customer service is spit-worthily pathetic.
For each and every small thing they ask you to visit the branch and nothing can be done online.
If you try to foreclose your loan account or try to transfer it elsewhere, their drama starts again. They unnecessarily delay the process so that you end up paying one or two additional EMIs to them. They charge higher interest rates and their customer support is worth spitting on.
I would never ever recommend PnB Housing Finance to anybody, not even my enemies.
I wanted to give zero stars for their service but unfortunately the system doesnβt allow that. Hence I reluctantly chose one star.
