★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This project is located in a nice, calm neighbourhood of Chembur. Possession is in March 2022..I visited this project a total of 3 times..
First time as I entered, I detected a foul smell in the air. On asking the girl who attended me, she said its nothing..
Everyone should know there is a dirty Naala passing through from very very close to the property... Infact touching the property from east side. You can see the naala from all the top floors. The sales people neglected to tell me in my 3 visits. Only when I myself saw it, did they acknowledge it.
On asking about the naala, one of the sales person, Mr. Ashish had the brazen audacity to tell me if you have a problem with the naala, look straight out of your window.. Don't look down.. That way you won't be able to see the naala.
Worst sales person I have ever met. And worst sales pitch I have ever heard. Because of the naala, this project becomes absolutely 0 in my eyes.
Proceed with extreme caution. Lifetime of dirty smell and mosquitos are harmful to health.
I wish I could this project 0 stars.
