★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been staying here for over 6 months now. Horrible construction quality and very poor construction and design. The poor construction quality ensures that there is absolutely no sound proofing and the entire day all you hear is construction noise from the other wing or buildings nearby (even on the weekend!) Electricity and water supply are cut off randomly to fix things every now and then. Modular kitchen is literally falling apart in just six months. There are plumbing issues in both bathrooms which are there since day one. The door handles and all other fittings that are provided are of the cheapest quality possible. Stay away if youre thinking of investing or leasing a house in this building. Oh yaa, to get your issues resolved you have to speak to a guy who looks and behaves like a proper goon so all the best to getting your issues resolved.
