★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered for a hot chocolate fudge and they gave us some vanilla ice cream with cold chocolate sauce. Probably they don't know the difference between cold and hot. When asked they started arguing . Kindly train your staff on how to prepare hot chocolate fudge. Show them how it looks. Pathetic service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good ambiance, courteous staff and it's polar Bear. Visited their other outlets but I felt this one is Little better than other ones. Service could have been little quick. Overall good place to have a nice ice cream late night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place. Nice music, ambience and location. Not much car parking space - there is a street nearby where you have to park. Bike parking available for 3 to 5. The varieties are good and tasty. Service is slow but staff are friendly. Price is neither too high nor too affordable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, where did half the ice cream go. Just FYI this costs around 300. Look at this image and let me know if this is even worth half the price. I get it not many customers visit this outlet but atleast treat the customers who pay you guys a visit, in a good manner. Atleast provide them the quantity the pay for. Can't believe a scoop of vanilla, a brownie and some chocolate sauce costs you that much. Please dont bother visiting this place and not expect a hole in your pockets. Shame on you guys really for cheating customers by not even giving half the quantity. I don't even have to mention about the taste because it is nothing out of the ordinary. Food instructions won't be followed so don't bother giving them. Highly unhygienic place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The parlour is located in a nice cozy corner. The quality of the ice cream is not very good, I will say, not as I thought it will be. And the price therefore is a bit overpriced given the quality of the ice cream. The staff is not well trained. There were 4 tables inside, but still they were confused with who ordered what. For cleaning the table, they were pushing each other. Well, to sum it all up, I will not recommend this place if you want to enjoy your scoop.

They have good options in ice creams, sundaes and milk shakes.
You can choose from natural fruit ice creams or flavoured ones.
We love coming here during night as you can sit outside and enjoy the cold ice cream and nice Bangalore weather.
Avoid going during daytime as road is very busy and noisy.
