★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst hotel I have ever seen in terms of room service. Order anything and then wait for hours , no one picks up the phone at reception and for room service, one needs to call them 3-4 or more times. Food in terms of taste is not upto the mark.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the good hotel ? of Sundernagar, we stayed for 2 days. We have taken Family suit which is one of the good rooms of this hotel. This is very near to Busstand of Sundernagar.Food is very delicious. Parking space is available inside the hotel ? as well as in front of hotel ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On our way to Manali from Delhi, we decided to stop at Sunder Nagar to spend the night and after searching a lot of hotels nearby we stepped in to The Polo Regency, which stands tall quite gracefully on main road. Very professional staff, Decent dinner prices, Rooms just comfortable enough, well equipped with a big heater to beat midnight winter blues and Underground parking facility also available inside the premises. Overall satisfaction guaranteed. Definitely recommended for hygiene sensitive travellers like me.
