★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst hospital in Pune who for dengue fever dose 2d ecogram and ECG which is not done by others major Hospitals also when I asked a question why do we need this ECG and eco done I was given an very irrational answer by one of the senior doctor Vineeta Kulkarni that "it's our basic protocol" I checked with my friends bro who is a doc in rubyhall clinic one of the renound hospital in Pune he started laughing and said never heard anything like this ECG and eco done for dengue, any where in India they are only trying to make money that is it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst medical store ,there is no social distancing amidst corona pandemic, arrogant and rude talking staff, senior citizens are made fun of.
There was one senior who was made fun of,
he was requesting not write on invoice as it is difficult for him claim insurance, but staff who was young boy has written calculation. Another senior citizen was waiting for medicines for almost 30 minutes. I was still waiting patiently with prescription,then young boy working at medical asked mockingly if I need medicine ( why would I be there with showing prescription in my hand on the counter) . Also they talked to me very rudely and very arrogantly. This is height of insult, only reason I was waiting there is because it is general understanding that prescribed medicines are available at nearest or recommended medical store . It seems that medical owner has employed untrained, ill mannered young boys This is really wrong.
Additionally there was no instructions to patients for social distancing, que was not maintained, there is no management even though they have plenty of people in store, leaving patients and customers helpless.
Please do needful so that it should not happen with other patients. Every person has right to be respected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad Doctor, i took my dad to Nuro surgeon for treatment but Dr. Patkar dont hv manners to talk, as we are not doctors it is about life of love once, he scolds, shouts reply so badly we felt like he is doing some kind of favour to us. Plz request do not take any of ur love once to this hospital if u love thm. Doctors hve accepted tht they are god.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service...but long waiting for OPD's and tests even after taking appointment. Clean hospital. Admission procedure is little hectic. TPA/Insurance department is very supportive. Always seems crowdy. It have best canteen. Always get good quality and tasty food in resonable rate.
