★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had written earlier that I will be writing a detailed review.. here it goes.
I came here at around 10pm to admit patient in serious health issues and was taken in ER ward and was later shifted to ICU. The admission process was impeccable... kudos to Sahyadri ER team.
My patient stayed in ICU for about a week. Being ICU, there was no direct interaction with the patient but it could be seen from improving health condition that correct treatment was being given. But, I observed that there is no resting facility for relatives of ICU patient. Even there is not enough seating place. And because there is weak mobile range, the relatives have to wait outside the ICU for any urgent call or request from the ICU staff.
If you see the building layout, there are places planned for this purpose, but those are not functional when I was there. Out of 2 stars which I have NOT given, 1 is for this reason. I believe the facilities for highest paying patients and their relatives should be only top class and nothing less.
The hospital has all the facilities including laboratory and complex tests like CT scan etc. We need no external help for whatsoever reason. Once you are in, there is no need to go out for anything medical related. Perhaps, this is how multi specialty hospital is expected to be, but it's still a good point for them.
But, the discharge procedure is really a pain. It is declared by hospital that it will take about 5-6 hours, which itself is long, it took about 10 hours for our discharge formalities... this is plain lack of coordination in the staff and a lot to improve. This is the 2nd star which I have NOT given.
General expenses are at par with such other hospitals, despite being a charitable one. I assume others are also in the same boat and it has more to do with taxes than anything else.
Overall, I'd still say my experience was good. If above 2 points are improved, I will add the missing stars.

Good infrastructure and experienced doctor tie-up.
Fast Mediclaim and discharge process.
Cons:
Staff coordination can be improved a bit. Canteen sitting need be improved.
Nurse, supporting staff talk loudly sometimes disturbing patients n their relatives.
Nurses and support staff can be little more polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All facilities were well kept and staff was really helpful and supportive. My mother was admitted for neurosurgery here and the nurses took really good care of her during the 5 day hospital admission. Thank you Nilam, Dipali, Mayura and all other staff on 8th floor. Appreciate your support and care during pre and post operation
The food isn’t that great but that maybe purposely kept bland to avoid reactions
The guards below also adhere to 1-visitor rule which is pretty great, though also creates problems that relatives have to visit one by one

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is only one lift for patients and when my father was moved to OT this lift was not working. Then patient is moved to OT through service lift. Patient was taken inside OT and relatives were stranded in utilities area. No guidance for relatives to reach to waiting area. As such they don’t have waiting area outside of OT. All relatives are waiting on stairway. I searched for signboard for Admin department which doesn’t exist. Will post again for experience in room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hey myself Rimam Chakraborty want to share my reviews, suddenly I have diagnosed that I have Atrial septal defect from childhood and I have to close it by surgery,from starting I was very tensed as it was a big surgery. So I want to share the whole journey.
First I met with Dr. Rajesh Kaushish who is a brilliant person not only as a doctor also from heart.Before my surgery also he treated me like a kid and made me comfortable in all aspects.Really I couldn't think that I will be that much relax in hospital and this is because of the nice environment and the staff nature.
I would like to mention some name as I am really thankful to them The hole team of doctors are fabulous
,In ICU Rachel Sangeeta sister ,Payal sister vaishali sister in 8th from Shashikala madam,Mayura sister,pushpa sister,Nimee sister,Aleena sister,Ankita sister and others all nursing staff are excellent I have heard that nurses job are very tough now I have seen that how much they work beyond their responsibilities and they don't treat customers as a Patient they treated as a family always ❤❤❤
Then specially need to mention housekeeping department Jayashree didi who was a kind hearted person who helped alot from starting to end without any hesitation.
Customer experience staff Miss Anuradha,Mayuri,Neha,Omkar all are very nice and supportive,they use to meet me everyday to know my requirement and my comfort.
I completed this journey very well and very happily as all Sahyadri staff was stand with me and gave me so much love I will remember this days forever.
Many of staff I might forget to write but all single person are amazing the reason I recovered very soon.
My only will they all should stay blessed and healthy in their ???????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alloted bed no 818 for small surgery. Had a good experience of all facilities. Atmosphere at OT (operation theatre) was really awesome and I was not feeling of any burden over there. Dr. Surajsingh Chouhan who was came from Pristyn Care was very friendly nature and suggested all ways which were very comfortable to select. He was any time available for consultation which was the peace of mind. Support staff is really very good in behavior and cleanliness is really awesome. 24 X 7 service was available. I would like to special mention for Mr. Ramrao (Brother) from nursing dept. inspite of performing double duty in a day he was very active and initiative for helping me. Many thanks to Nursing and Support section. Special thanks to Ms. Riddhi, Ms. Meera, Ms. Komal, Mr. Shubham.
