★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Hospital - just interested in jacking up the bill and milking their patients. Nurses and doctors do not provide any transparency on their next course of action. Just interested in doing bogus consultations and keep piling the bill up. Very unethical practices - highly not recommended!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst worst worst experience...my father went to the hospital walking and came back home bed ridden... management is only interested in money...doctor will come hardly on round for 2 minutes...no proper guidance by doctor and they dont like being questioned..no communication between doctors and nurses...please please do not take your patients to poona hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience heard from this hospital since years. I have never seen any patient in critical condition come out alive from here. The hospital is very money minded, the staff is modest and nice as trained to. This hospital can suggest unnecessary tests and treatments especially if you have mediclaim. Insurance companies should Blacklist this hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not good service my mom was admitted since 2 day's ago but no one taking care of my mother also the House keeping staff busy with doing makeup in there small room and the nurse's is busy with in there group discussion ( if any discrepancy happened in my absence then I'll tell you how to care ) it's warning

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ World most disgusting hospital i ever seen.this hospital is even slow than tortoise.
All staff are useless.This hospital only care about money.and if you are ill and you come to this hospital than only god can save you otherwise you are dead.and Their is written trust and charitable hospital.Are you kidding there is nothing like charitable in your hospital.even your hospital take more money than other and one thing if you have taken your treatment and when you do paperwork for insurance.you are gone think think i m going to pay in cash rather than from insurance.reason insurance is very slow and they make problem with insurance document because they want cash from us.i m even not going to give a one star to this hospital.

I was being told that my grandma will be discharge at 1 and the bill will be ready, BUT I had to wait for 1:30 hours for the bill, even after the bill was paid, they took almost 2 and half hours just for one discharge card, the reason given was there are only 2 people for making the card. If they have such a huge hospital, then they should have hired that amount of staff too.
All, it would be a bit helpful if the staff would be less rude and actually work than chitchatting.
I can see why all the reviews are so bad about this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly mismanaged hospital. You have to come at 6am to take appointment with the doctor. So if you fall sick during the day, you have to wait for another day. They will ask you to come 2 hours before the doctors visiting hours. In our case, the doctor came at 12 and after enquiry, got to know that’s his regular timing, but the admin/security asked us to be there at 10am. Now it’s 2 pm, even after 4 hours of wait, our turn is awaited.
Another heads up for the covid patients, irrespective of your number on the list, you’ll be asked to wait till all the patients are done. So make sure you have 4-5 hours for your consultation
