★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can explain the situation, you don't have to be rude and aggressive if something is not an ideal situation, especially when you are dealing with people who come to you in need of medical assistance. You were rude to my daughter from the first sentence you spoke to her, and that is just unacceptable and you have no right to do it. Somebody working in medical field, be it only pharmacy, must have the patience to politely communicate with a patient.

I have always had a positive experience here.
The medicines I needed were readily available.
